Today you turn FOUR!! Such a big boy. It hurts that we didn't get to spend today and every birthday before this with you, but the comfort remains in the belief that we will spend your next birthday with you...at HOME.
We have two presents for you so far today:
1) A confirmation from the Dept of Immigration that your I-600A is being processed (!!!)
and
2) The knowledge that there are two very amazing families ( the Schwenzer family and the Hinz family) visiting your orphanage right now...and they know to watch for you and wish you a very happy birthday.

Happy birthday sweet Danil! This is the last birthday you will have to spend in an orphanage, next year you will have your family to celebrate the amazing gift you are!
