I finally figured it out (I thought) and then it turns out that the label was being shipped (?!) to the NC Secretary of State instead of to ME. So then I called the help hotline (for the second time this morning) and waited forever to talk to a representative, and when I finally got to a real person to describe my problem, I could NOT understand her through her heavy accent. GAH!!!!!
I canceled the entire order and will be going in person to the UPS store this afternoon.
So frustrating!
